Black is associated with mystery, strength, elegance, formality, sophistication, and these black pumps with a 4" heel, elegant pointed toe have all of these attributes. Rule of thumb for pointy toe shoes. Go up half-full size. Not suitable for really wide feet.

SIZING  

We stock US lady's sizes. Simply add 2 sizes to your Australian Men’s shoe size.(e.g. an Australian Men’s 10 in a US ladies 12). If you take a half size, then go up not down in size.  If you are unsure of your sizing, please contact us and we will assist you.   

Just a little too big - Try using a half an insole in the front half off your shoe. This will help to push the foot into the heel of the shoe.

"In stock" items are shipped in 1-2 business days. "Order " items are shipped in 7-10 business.

Express Post - The Express Post guarantee of next day delivery with Australia Post Express Post network has been temporarily suspended due to the significant reduction of domestic passenger flights (which carry parcels), social distancing and hygiene requirements in the Australia Post network. Express Post is still available, but parcels may not be delivered next business day every time.

Standard Post Satchel - delivery between 4-14 days.

A Parcel Locker is a secure storage space where you have 48 hours to collect your parcel. You can send parcels from there too.  You can find Parcel Lockers at over 300 locations across Australia, including Post Offices, petrol stations and supermarkets.

Return Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase(s) due to incorrect sizing, you are welcome to return your item(s) for a full refund of the cost of the item(s) you have purchased. Postage is not included in the refund. Item (s) for refund must be received by Heels For Gurls within 14 days of the purchase date. If item(s) are not received within 14 days, a store credit will be issued with an expiry date of 60 days. A used by date is provided on the voucher. Store credits are not transferrable to any other person.

No exchanges or refunds for wrong fit or change of mind on sale items (reduced more than 30%) sorry. These items are final sale and can't be exchanged or credited. This does not impact on your statutory rights as a consumer.

SHOES: must be received back in stock as new in original condition. Original conditions means unused, unmarked and in original packaging.

Shoes can be tried on (Preferably on carpet) but not worn.

UNDERWEAR: Due to hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned.

ADULT TOYS: Due to hygiene reasons, they can only be returned if unopened.  

How to use your store credit

Once your item (s) have been returned, and passed inspection, you will be emailed a Promo Code that you can use on your next store visit.  

Faulty Items

Although we do our best to ensure we only provide the best quality product, unfortunately from time to time faults can occur. To resolve problems as quickly and efficiently as possible, we kindly ask that you send the product back to us with a detailed description of the fault. Our quality care team will assess the damage and we will be in contact with you via phone or email. 

Refunds

Refunds will be made against the original payment method, and usually take 3-5 days to show in your account once processed. You will receive an email notification to say your payment is on its way. Please allow 7 days for your refund to be processed once the items have been recieved and pass inspection.

How to Return Items

Your products must be in the same condition you received them. Please pack all products, with our exchanges / returns form inside a secure carton or reuse the original packaging.

Attend your local Post Office and send the package back to us. For security and peace of mind, we strongly suggest registered post. Unfortunately, we are not liable for lost return parcels.
