The opening at the front allows the wearer to urinate without removing the cage. This great set comes with 5 rings in different sizes for a perfect fit (4.5 - 6.5 cm). It also contains a metal padlock with 2 keys and 5 plastic numbered padlocks. The plastic locks can be cut off the cage with scissors after use.

The unique numbers on each padlock ensure that the wearer cannot secretly remove the chastity cage and put on a new padlock afterwards without getting caught!

Note: remove the chastity cage before going to sleep in order to prevent injuries and discomfort.

Return Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase(s) due to incorrect sizing, you are welcome to return your item(s) for a full refund of the cost of the item(s) you have purchased. Postage is not included in the refund. Item (s) for refund must be received by Heels For Gurls within 14 days of the purchase date. I

No exchanges or refunds for wrong fit or change of mind on sale items (reduced more than 30%) sorry. These items are final sale and can't be exchanged or credited. This does not impact on your statutory rights as a consumer.

SHOES: must be received back in stock as new in original condition. Original conditions means unused, unmarked and in original packaging.

Shoes can be tried on (Preferably on carpet) but not worn.

UNDERWEAR: Due to hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned.

ADULT TOYS: Due to hygiene reasons, they can only be returned if unopened.  

Faulty Items

Although we do our best to ensure we only provide the best quality product, unfortunately from time to time faults can occur. To resolve problems as quickly and efficiently as possible, we kindly ask that you send the product back to us with a detailed description of the fault. Our quality care team will assess the damage and we will be in contact with you via phone or email. 

Refunds

Refunds will be made against the original payment method, and usually take 3-5 days to show in your account once processed. You will receive an email notification to say your payment is on its way. Please allow 7 days for your refund to be processed once the items have been recieved and pass inspection.

How to Return Items

Your products must be returned in same packaging and in same condition sent to you.

Attend your local Post Office and send the package back to us. For security and peace of mind, we strongly suggest registered post. Unfortunately, we are not liable for lost return parcels.
