If you are not happy with your purchase(s) for any reason, you are welcome to return your item(s) for a store credit within 30 days of purchase. Store credits are to be used within 60 days, and a used by date is provided on the voucher. Store credits are not transferrable to any other person. If your item(s) are damaged or faulty, a replacement or refund is available. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item(s) is faulty or damaged. Please note: We don't refund for change of mind or wrong size.
No exchanges or refunds for wrong fit or change of mind on sale items (reduced more than 30%) sorry. These items are final sale and can't be exchanged or credited. This does not impact on your statutory rights as a consumer.

If you wish to return your item because you wish to exchange or changed your mind about your purchase, we will offer you an exchange voucher providing:
SHOES: must be received back in stock as new in original condition. Original conditions means unused, unmarked and in original packaging.
Shoes can be tried on (Preferably on carpet) but not worn.
UNDERWEAR: Due to hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned.
ADULT TOYS: Due to hygiene reasons, they can only be returned if unopened.
How to use your store credit
Once your item (s) have been returned, and passed inspection, you will be emailed a Promo Code that you can use on your next store visit.
Although we do our best to ensure we only provide the best quality product, unfortunately from time to time faults can occur. To resolve problems as quickly and efficiently as possible, we kindly ask that you send the product back to us with a detailed description of the fault. Our quality care team will assess the damage and we will be in contact with you via phone or email.
Refunds will be made against the original payment method and usually take 3-5 days to show in your account once processed. You will receive an email notification to say your payment is on its way.
How to Return Items
Your products must be in the same condition you received them. Please pack all products, with our exchanges / returns form inside a secure carton or reuse the original packaging.
Attend your local Post Office and send the package back to us. For security and peace of mind, we strongly suggest registered post. Unfortunately, we are not liable for lost return parcels.
Once received, we will inspect and process the products. Please allow up to 14 days for us to receive your product and action your return request.
